As a widely used plastic product in modern industry, injection molded products have a direct impact on their quality, performance, and lifespan. Scientific storage methods not only prevent product deformation and aging, but also reduce wear and tear, ensuring reliability during use.

First, environmental control is a key factor in the storage of injection molded products. Injection molded products should be stored in an environment with appropriate temperature and humidity. The ideal storage temperature is 15°C to 25°C, and the relative humidity is controlled between 40% and 60%. Excessively high or low temperatures can cause plastic materials to expand and contract, affecting dimensional stability. Excessive humidity can cause moisture absorption and deformation, especially for highly hygroscopic plastics such as nylon and ABS.

Second, avoid direct sunlight and ultraviolet radiation. Prolonged exposure of injection molded products to strong light, especially ultraviolet radiation, accelerates the aging of plastic materials, leading to discoloration, embrittlement, and even a decrease in strength. Therefore, storage should be kept in a cool, dark environment and covered with UV-resistant packaging if necessary.

Proper stacking and protection are also crucial. Injection molded products should be protected from heavy pressure or squeezing to prevent deformation or surface damage. For delicate or fragile parts, it is recommended to use cushioning materials (such as foam or bubble wrap) for isolation and protection, and to store them in layers or on shelves to ensure easy access and prevent damage.

Finally, regular inspections and the first-in-first-out principle are also essential. Injection molded products stored for long periods should be regularly inspected for signs of moisture, deformation, or aging. Follow the "first-in-first-out" management principle, prioritizing older products to reduce quality risks associated with long-term storage.

In summary, the scientific storage of injection molded products requires comprehensive consideration of the environment, lighting, stacking method, and management strategy to ensure that the products remain in optimal condition during storage and meet subsequent production or use needs.
