Aluminum product processing is a crucial component of modern manufacturing, and its construction quality directly impacts product performance, lifespan, and safety. To ensure standardized processing and the reliability of the final product, strict adherence to industry-standard construction standards is essential.

First, material selection and pretreatment are fundamental to aluminum product processing. Before processing, the aluminum material must undergo rigorous inspection to ensure that its chemical composition and mechanical properties meet design requirements. The surface should be free of oxidation, oil, or other impurities. Degreasing, pickling, or anodizing treatments are necessary to enhance subsequent processing precision and corrosion resistance.

Second, processing techniques must adhere to standardized procedures. Cutting, bending, welding, and other processes should utilize appropriate equipment and parameters based on material thickness, hardness, and intended use. For example, CNC cutting must maintain dimensional tolerances within ±0.5mm, and welding processes must control heat input to avoid deformation and intergranular corrosion. For high-precision components, such as aluminum components for aerospace applications, five-axis machining centers must be used, and stricter geometric and positional tolerance standards (such as ISO 2768) must be adhered to.

Furthermore, surface treatment is crucial for enhancing the durability of aluminum products. Common anodizing, electrophoretic coating, or powder coating processes require strict control of film thickness (typically 5-25μm for the anodized layer) and adhesion to ensure compliance with standards such as GB/T 8013 or ASTM B580.

Finally, quality inspection is carried out throughout the entire process. Dimensional measurement, visual inspection, and necessary mechanical testing (such as tensile strength and hardness) are performed after each process. A third-party inspection report is required for the finished product. Construction records should be fully archived for traceability and improvement.

In summary, strict adherence to aluminum product processing and construction standards is a core measure to ensure product quality and reduce production risks, and it is also a key indicator of a company's technological capabilities.
